FC26 Tournament Terms & Conditions.

1. Organiser
This tournament (“EA26 Malaysia Tournament”) is organised by Play Interactive Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”).
2. Eligibility
- Open to residents of Malaysia aged 16 and above as of the registration date.
- Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Organiser and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
- Participants under 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Registration & Entry
- Customers can register by scanning the QR code sticker on any FC26 product purchased from any authorised dealers.
- A valid purchase receipt must be uploaded to the online registration form as proof of purchase.
- Registration is free for participants who provide a valid receipt.
- Registration is first-come, first-served, limited to a maximum of 250 verified participants.
- If the 250-player quota is not reached, the Organiser may open registration to the public for a fee of RM50 per participant.
- Public registrations will also be first-come, first-served until all slots are filled.
4. Verification
- The Organiser reserves the right to verify all receipts and registration details.
- Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent submissions will be disqualified.
- Proof of purchase must clearly display the authorised dealer name, purchase date, and FC26 product details.
5. Tournament Details
- Date, time, venue/platform, match format, and rules will be announced on the official event page or by email to registered participants.
- Participants must ensure a stable internet connection and comply with all game and platform requirements.
6. Conduct
- Players must maintain good sportsmanship and follow the official tournament rules provided before the event.
- Cheating, abusive behaviour, harassment, or any form of misconduct may result in immediate disqualification without refund.
7. Prizes
- Prizes (if any) will be detailed on the official event page.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise.
8. Liability
Participants enter at their own risk. The Organiser is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation, including technical issues such as network failures or game server disruptions.
9. Privacy
Personal data collected (including name, contact information, and proof of purchase) will be used solely for tournament administration and will be handled according to the Organiser’s privacy policy.
10. Changes & Cancellation
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, change event details, or cancel the Tournament at any time without prior notice.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
